The sanctuary was wonderful. George’s responsiveness to our questions was speedy and made for a very enjoyable stay. My family and I were very comfortable in the space as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. We had a great time being together after many years. We will definitely go again.

This was a great place for our family to come together and spend some holiday time. It was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The house was spacious and charming. We cooked several meals and found that the kitchen had what we needed, and it was great to have plenty of seating for a large group in the dining room. George was very responsive and helpful when I reached out. Checkin and checkout were easy. Plenty of parking. I’d recommend bringing extra blankets in winter as some rooms were chilly for some members of our group. The listing recommended bringing extra towels—good idea given the hot tub. No Keurig, so just plan to bring ground coffee. There was plenty to do for a variety of interests in our group. The hot tub and pool table were nice. Large tables were great for games. Comfortable couches for watching movies or football. The location was convenient to go to Jim Thorpe to walk around, shop, and ride the Scenic Railway. We also went to Blue Mtn for snow tubing.

A group of 16 for a couples birthday weekend. Host was very accommodating and the place was clean and stocked with useful items. George (the host) was great to work with. Would definitely book with this host again.
